Whether you are running an event or shot at one, there are two ways to reach us. We answer in Indonesian or English, whichever you write in.
What to tell us
One message with the details in it saves a round trip, and events do not wait. Wherever you can, include:
- The event name, and roughly when it ran or is running.
- Which side you are on: the host who set it up, or a guest who scanned the code.
- Your phone and browser if something did not work, such as an iPhone on Safari or an Android on Chrome. Most camera problems are browser problems.
- A screenshot of any error you saw.
If you are a host, write from the email address on your Lumora account. It is how we know the event is yours before we change anything about it.
Before you write
A few things are faster to look up than to ask, and the FAQ answers them in a sentence: why a guest cannot see the photo they just took, how the 35-frame roll works, when photos appear, and who can open a gallery.
Two more have their own pages: refunds, including what happens to an event when one is approved, and what we do with your photos in the Privacy Policy.
One deadline cannot move: an event's photos are permanently deleted 30 days after the event starts. If you are close to that deadline and have not downloaded your photos, do that first and write to us second.
Reporting a photo
If you want a photo taken down, the fastest route is the report control on the photo itself in the gallery. It raises it directly with the host, who runs the event and decides what stays in it.
Write to us instead if the content is illegal, if it involves a child, or if the host is the problem. Those we act on ourselves.
